I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and currently finishing nursing school to become a Registered Nurse, which has strengthened my skills in safety, patience, communication, and compassionate care. I’m the oldest of six girls, so I’ve been a natural caregiver my whole life. That role really shaped who I am—responsible, patient, and always ready to help. I’ve worked as a caregiver for 11 years, and in 2020 I decided to take that same dedication into my own business by starting a cleaning company. Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports and love getting creative with arts and crafts. Whether I’m helping people, building something from scratch, or staying active, I put my heart into everything I do.”

I am the proud mother of six children, all grown and thriving, whom I homeschooled with care, patience, and intention. Being a mom is my greatest joy, and caregiving is truly second nature to me. I’ve also successfully raised two dogs and a cat, so I understand the dynamics of busy, loving households and feel very comfortable in them. In addition to parenting, I spent many years working as a house manager, where I supported families by keeping their homes organized, running smoothly, and stress-free. I see myself as an extension of your family—someone who steps in to assist where needed, whether that’s childcare, senior care, household chores, or day-to-day support. I’m dependable, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong understanding of how homes function best when care and structure work together. I have professional experience in home health care with seniors and approach elder care with compassion, dignity, and respect. I’m comfortable assisting with daily needs, companionship, light household tasks, and creating a calm, supportive environment. I truly value caring for people at every stage of life. With children, I’m patient and attentive, and I take time to understand how each child learns and processes information so I can help bring out their best—academically, emotionally, and creatively. I enjoy crafts, sewing my own clothes, and hands-on activities, and I love introducing children to meaningful skills and creativity. I also enjoy preparing wholesome foods, including making homemade organic fruit roll-ups from scratch. I’m very comfortable around dogs and horses—my children grew up around horses—and while I’m slightly allergic to cats, I have owned one and manage it well. I am a 26 year old South Bay resident passionate about childcare and my local community! I’ve always been proud to be the person families call when they need someone they can count on- especially when life gets busy, unpredictable, or just a little chaotic. I’m confident and comfortable caring for children as young as six months all the way up to teens. I aim to always bring a calm, positive presence to the home. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your child with someone- and I fully show up for that responsibility. I’m dependable, always on time, and genuinely care about becoming a supportive part of your family’s day-to-day. I am also experienced and comfortable with working alongside parents who are at home while I provide care. I know how helpful it can be to have a second set of hands to care for your children! At the same time, I bring warmth, fun, and creativity to the time I spend with kids. I focus on age-appropriate play that encourages imagination, independence, and confidence. Whether it’s storytelling, art, make-believe games, or getting outside for movement and fresh air, I love helping kids stay curious, joyful, and engaged. I also have a creative background- I earned my degree in Communications from UC Santa Barbara and have worked as a freelance photographer and creative communicator. That side of me comes out naturally when I’m with kids, whether it’s through art projects or fun crafts or story time. When I was a child, I was in daycare myself. As I got older, I began to also assist my daycare giver with the younger children. That period of my life would be the most hands-on experience with all ages when it came to babysitting. By living in a gated community, I’ve grown close with the people in my village, and at times I would be the oldest on the block so I would play and babysit the younger children for the night while the adults went out. In 2020, I was one of the founders of a Remote Tutoring business where I served as a secretary, and a tutor myself. We serviced Pre-K to 12th grade and I would tutor Pre-K to 8th grade in a variety of subjects. Given that I was a highschooler at the time, I was able to build a very strong bond with my students because at times, children tend to listen more to people who are closer in age with them. Shortly after graduating high school, I worked at a Coding summer camp in El Segundo called CodeNinjas where I babysat and taught technology essentials to K-5th, 5 times a week for 4 hours. Most recently as of this past March, I traveled to St. Louis, Missouri for spring break with my college, Howard University to service that community through youth empowerment, and violence prevention. For a whole week, I worked with plenty of children of all ages at different schools. Specifically, I assisted the youth by tutoring 1-on-1, intermingled with the students about college and general life, packaged 8 pallets of toys and school supplies for nearby recreation centers, community centers, and schools. I enjoy cooking and because of that, I am experienced in both preparing meals and cleaning. I have a high respect for all my elders since I am the youngest in the family and was raised by older generations.
