Hi – my name is Ahmed! I’m 23 years old and currently work as a Behavior Technician at a private school, where I specialize in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy. I work with students from 1st through 12th grade and currently support 5th and 6th graders. In my role, I help children with daily assignments, encourage communication and social skills, and use strategies like redirection and de-escalation to support positive behavior. I also track progress, write reports, and collaborate with teachers, interventionists, and board-certified behavior analysts to give each child the best support possible. I also pick up students on a company van and bring them to school or will cover and drop them off at home after school.
