I have 3 younger siblings who I have babysat. I have worked at a church day care in Texas called Cross Pointe. My tasks consists: change diapers, feed, read bible verses, and interact with children. There came a time where a child was very upset started crying I took action and calmed him down by playing with him. With that being said, I have been working with children for a little over a decade now and I love every minute of it! I currently work full-time in a private learning center where I work as a Lead Teacher in the infant classroom. I’ve worked with infants, toddlers, pre-school, school-age, middle & high schoolers! I am CPR & First-Aid certified, have my reliable transportation & I love working with kids!! I have younger siblings so I use them as my guinea pigs for creative fun activities for us to do. I do have a standard rate of charging an extra +$3-5 when it involves an infant-toddler as this is my specialty. Of course, my pricing also depends on the occasion, day, holiday, every factor counts! I should also mention this- my policy is, whether the sitting ends before the original designated time you had requested for me, I would still expect the pay for the time you scheduled. My rates are hourly & begin hourly (if it’s less than 3 hours), so for example if the time is less than 1 hour, I would still be paid for 1 full hour. If it’s less than 3, I would be paid for the full 3 hours. Due to the fact that my day is already planned around the time of the sitting so it is only fair, I get paid for my time, which includes mileage. Thank you in advance!

Hello! My name is Diamond, I’m a 26 year old and a proud auntie of 3 girls and 2 boys. I recently completed my final year at Cal Poly Humboldt with a BA in International Studies and minors Anthropology, French and Business Marketing. Since high school, I’ve spent so much of my time loving and caring for my sisters’ children. In Aug 2021, I moved to Chicago to explore new opportunities and babysat part time for a year. I moved back to California in Aug 2022 to be closer to my nieces and nephews. I have experience with all ages!
