Hi! I am an ABA specialist and a behavior therapist! My specialty is working with children with special needs, like speech delay, social coaching needs, delayed learning, neurodiverse children. I thrive with children that have sensory issues, ADHD, Autism diagnosed or not, and that need extra help with learning…I am also very proactive! If you have a baby that you want to teach as much as possible at that early age with baby sign and flash cards and really help grow their little brain I am the caregiver you are looking for! I have over 10 years experience with newborns to age 18! I love to implement as much learning as possible and to have as much fun as possible while keeping a structure that creates good habits and nurtures your child.

We were very happy with Elizabeth. She communicated well, but more importantly our 4.5-year-old enjoyed spending time with her. He often pushes boundaries, and Elizabeth handled this well. They did art, Legos, and walked to the playground. Elizabeth also tolerated a house full of pets. My husband was working from home while she was here, which I know is not always the most comfortable arrangement. We are very thankful for her help and will hire her again.

Hello! LI[removed]40 - Earthling Learners My name is Isabell and I'm currently a Junior at CSUSB majoring in Education in hopes to one day open up a co-op for homeschool students! Children are the future I believe it to be; their creative mind must be expressed! To ensure that happens, I am offering day and night childcare services. I run an at home day care, Earthling Learners. Permitted to only have 8 children total. I love watching children and have been watching newborns, infants, toddlers, and kids (including twins!) since I was 15 years old. My specialties are crafts, tutoring, teaching basic lifelong lessons, and even dance breaks! I love allowing kids to be kids, I believe strongly we are here experiencing them, and I do my best to always make sure they express themselves and are heard. What I can do is awesome, but how am I - right?! I’m fun, I have a child like wonder. I love mystical things such as fairies, goblins, and warlocks. I find it interesting, which keeps me at a relatable level for children haha. I love to read I have a huge selection for children. I’m a mother as well, to two beautiful girls, so I’m very experienced on how to make a frown turn upside down. I don’t believe in keeping kids glued to devices, I will teach them to craft and play with their imagination and how to turn to nature in times of boredom. I will provide the food, cutlery, and basic needs child will need. If child is in diapers, please bring their diaper bag. If child is still breast-fed or a bottle fed, please bring their supply. "We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
