I’ve been caring for others for most of my life. babysitting at 11 for the family next door, caring for a 3-month-old, a toddler, and sometimes their 6-year-old as well. Since then, I’ve babysat and nannied for 14 years and have cared for as many as five children at once, ranging from newborns to teens. I especially love babies and am very confident with infant care, routines, feeding, soothing, and creating a calm, safe environment. I’ve been CPR and First Aid certified twice, including for infants. I’m warm, responsible, patient, highly attentive, and very safety-conscious. I’m also comfortable caring for children with allergies, illness, or injuries, and bring a calm, compassionate presence. Beyond childcare, I’ve cared for three grandparents (one paralyzed), including end-of-life care, which deepened my patience, gentleness, and reliability. I’ve also had dogs all my life and have lived with and cared for cats, so I’m very comfortable with pet care too.
