Alsu $35 per hour for 1 child

Hi - my name is Ally, and I studied education at university, giving me a strong foundation in child development and age-appropriate learning. I love working with kids and have cared for three toddlers at once, keeping them engaged, safe, and having fun throughout the day. I’m patient, attentive, and great at turning everyday moments into hands-on learning opportunities. I’m also bilingual in English and Russian, so I can bring some language exposure into playtime if that’s ever useful for a family. Families can count on me to be reliable, communicative, and genuinely invested in their child’s wellbeing.

Rosario $36 per hour for 1 child

August/September) Our amazing nanny, Rosario, is looking for her next family (or nanny share) as our youngest and her nanny share buddy head off to preschool at the end of August. Rosario has been with us since our daughter was 6 months old, and she has truly become part of our family. She is caring, resourceful, and communicative. She has 7+ years of experience with both single-family care and nanny shares, and shes been incredible with the girls. She helped get them on a great nap schedule, guided them through potty training, and is always sending pictures and updates throughout the day. She keeps them busy with trips to the park, library, music class, the California Academy of Sciences, Children's Creative Museum, and lots of neighborhood adventures. She also speaks Spanish with the girls and always packs an extra home-made pupusa for our kids. And she also manages to do her hair in the morning in the most adorable way. Rosario is looking for either one family or a nanny share starting at the end of August or in September. She's looking for full-time work and is open to new neighborhoods (our current nanny share is located in Noe Valley). We're so grateful for the love and care she's given our daughter over the past few years. We're going to miss her so much and can't recommend her enough. I'm happy to answer any questions or share more about our experience. (just send a dm!)

Hello! I’m Lia :) I’m an experienced and passionate baby sitter and Mothers helper, that’s was born and raised in San Francisco. I have been a babysitter/nanny for 4.5 years now caring for infants to tweens, and have also worked as a summer counselor for kids ranging from K-8 for 3 years, tending for a number of kids while also coordinating activities and holding a schedule. In my free time I like to cook/bake, write/read and play the guitar! If you’re looking for a creative, flexible and screen free babysitter, I can’t wait to get to know you and your family more! ——— I do ask for an initial facetime/zoom call for safety reasons for interview If you have any more questions please feel free to message me. Thank you for taking the time to read :D

Our regular helper was on vacation, so we were looking for someone to fill in and help with after-dinner clean up. Lia was responsive with her communication, polite in person, and effective with cleaning. We recommend and are planning on working with her again.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
