Rate is negotiable for full tame or nearly full time positions depending on location and needs. Hi! I’m Diana — a licensed pedagogue with a Bachelor’s degree in Science of Education from Spain and over 8 years of experience working with children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. I have worked as a caregiver and a teacher, supporting children not only with daily care but also with learning, routines, emotional development, and tutoring when needed. I have experience with newborns at nightime and daytime as needed. Also experienced in sleep training and potty training. In the U.S., I have 2 years of preschool teaching experience, 1 year teaching high school, and I currently teach a combined Kindergarten–1st grade classroom. I’m patient, nurturing, organized, and very attentive to children’s individual needs. I also have experience with household support and helping during events, and I’m comfortable working with families in different settings. I speak English, Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian, and I love creating a safe, calm, and engaging environment where children feel cared for and confident.

Diana was such a blessing for our family and our infant. She has a wonderful background in child development, she is extremely reliable, and has a calm, even temperament and nurturing nature. Diana was so helpful in working with our child to achieve better naps and worked on light sleep training to get our baby's sleep in a better place. Our child was all smiles every time for Diana. Diana learned our child and their needs very quickly and knew when to have active, stimulating time, when to work on developmental things such as tummy time or sitting, and when to be calm. Diana was very neat and always helped to clean up after herself and our child and always had a smile on her face. Diana felt like family by the end of our time together and I 100% trusted her with our child and in our home. Should we ever need her services again, we would not hesitate to reach out to Diana again. Thank you Diana, we miss you!

Hello! I’m a 23-year-old childcare professional and college student currently studying Child and Adolescent Psychology at College of Alameda. I also work as a kindergarten teacher in the mornings, where I support early childhood development through structured learning, patience, and engaging care. I joined UrbanSitter to expand my experience with more personalized, one-on-one care, allowing me to better support each child’s unique needs, personality, and growth. I prioritize creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally enriching environment while also making sure children feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for. I am CPR certified, have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. I’m highly dependable, attentive, and experienced in managing routines, transitions, and age-appropriate activities. In addition to childcare, I also offer pet care services, as I’m very comfortable with animals and enjoy incorporating that same level of attentiveness and care. My availability is flexible outside of my morning teaching schedule. I welcome both planned and last-minute bookings whenever possible—please feel free to reach out to discuss your family’s needs!

Taylor was great with our 2 year boy! She arrived on time (and earlier!), kept our little guy entertained, and was super responsive and helpful while we WFH. Our toddler was comfortable with her and enjoyed reading and playing tiles with her. We'd definitely hire her again.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
