In my previous traditional and non-traditional educator roles, I have always maintained strong communication with my students and their families. Depending on your child's needs, I am able to deliver literacy interventions for students ages 5–9, including phonics and comprehension, as well as math assistance, and I can provide other types of support geared toward your child's development. In former roles, I have provided 1:1 and small-group support for students needing behavioral and academic intervention. I develop and implement weekly SEL-focused lessons for children ages 4–6, teaching emotional regulation and social skills, and daily activity planning to build a safe, inclusive environment. I have also supported families outside of the classroom by providing care and preparing meals or snacks for the child and reviewing developmental goals with the child's family. Separately, when it comes to pet care, I am very familiar! I am a lucky owner of two small dogs and have experience in taking care of other animals such as cats, fish, birds, some reptiles, and amphibians.
