Hi! I’m Keyonah!
I’m 19 years old, CPR certified, a licensed driver, and currently a student at Sacramento State University studying Early Childhood Education. I’m also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), which has given me specialized experience supporting children with autism and helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
While I’m new to UrbanSitter, I’m not new to childcare—I’ve been caring for children since I was 9 years old! I’ve helped raise my two younger brothers and cared for more than 10 cousins, from newborns to teenagers, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of ages, personalities, and needs.
Families often describe me as patient, reliable, and engaging. I love creating a safe, positive environment where children can learn, play, and feel supported. Whether it’s helping with routines, homework, creative activities, or simply making sure your child has a fun and structured day, I genuinely enjoy being a positive part of their lives.
A little about me: I love building Legos, listening to music, arts and crafts, baking, and cooking. I enjoy incorporating age-appropriate activities into my babysitting to keep kids engaged, learning, and having fun.
I understand that every family has different needs, and I’m happy to discuss pricing and scheduling to find something that works for everyone.
If you’re looking for someone experienced, trustworthy, and passionate about working with children, I’d love the opportunity to connect with your family!
“Keyonah was truly a steady hand and a warm heart during our movie outing. Communicating with her was effortless, and she met every logistical twist with a sincere, easy flexibility that took all the stress out of the day. To my kids, she wasn't just someone watching over them—she was a kind, fun presence who made them feel deeply cared for and safe.”
