Hi there! I’m Ashley, a college student who loves helping families keep their homes running smoothly. While I have experience caring for children of all ages, I especially enjoy working as a mother’s helper and family assistant. I truly enjoy household support tasks like laundry, dishes, tidying, organizing, errands, meal prep, and helping create a calm, clean, and organized home environment. I’m proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and happy to jump in wherever extra support is needed. I’m also comfortable around children and pets, and I always aim to bring a warm, positive, and supportive presence into the home. As a big dog lover, I’m happy to help with pet care as well!

Ashley is communicative and very proactive. She jumped right in to helping out our family and is very pleasant to work with!

Dear family Hi! My name is Jennifer. I’d love to share a little about my experience as a nanny/ family assistant. If you’d like to know more about me, I’d be happy to set up a phone call or even a trial day so we can meet and see if we’re a good match. I consider myself a grounded, friendly, warm, honest, respectful, and with a loving spirit person. I started babysitting when I was 17 years old because of my innate comfort with children and being able to connect with them at their level while respecting them. I am up to date with a CPR certification for all ages, I have experience taking care of kids of different ages but I specialize in infant and toddler care. During the last years, I have been working as a full-time nanny and family assistant, I love my job! I love to spend time outside, take kids to the park, library, activities, or do some art at home. 2[removed]: I worked as an au pair for two years with an amazing family in Sacramento, taking care of two girls(5 months and 4 years old) Feb 2021- May 2022: I took care of two amazing girls (4yo and 9yo) and a baby boy (5 months old). Sept 2022- Jan 2025: I worked for a family in San Jose Ca, taking care of two boys (15months and 5 years old) I used to do drop-offs, pick-ups from school, and activities, and care for the baby all day from 7:30 to 4pm, including diapering, feeding, napping, reading, singing and walks to the park and library. 2025- now: I am currently helping several families different times a week, taking care of kids that are 10months old, 2 and 5 years old and also helping some one of the families as a family assistant (grocery shopping, packages return/delivery, dry cleaning pick up, etc). My responsibilities have included, driving kids to/from school or activities, taking them to the park, playing, reading books, cleaning after them, everything kid’s related. I know how tough it can be to find the right match that you can trust and feel comfortable leaving your precious little one with. Rest assured, my primary intention is to give quality care to your child, support you in every way I am able, and create a safe environment for your dear ones. Please if you have questions or need references of my previous work let me know and I’ll be happy to share the info with you. I have transportation and a clean driving record. Thank you!

Hello Families! My name is Maria. I love being a babysitter and have been watching infants, toddlers and kids (including twins!). My responsibilities have included drop off and pick up from school, preparing meals , tidying and organizing children’s bedrooms and play areas , preparing bottles, diaper changes, assisting with potty training, maintaining daily routines (naps, bath time, bedtime) and a lot of activities outside and inside the house. I am a violin teacher, and I love incorporating music into children’s daily activities!! I am First Aid and CPR certified . I am comfortable working in a home with pets!

Maria did an incredible job taking care of our twin babies! She filled in for us at the last minute and didn’t miss a beat. She fed them, changed them, took them on an outing, and got them down for a nap, all in a house that was new to her. And the twins seemed to love her. We highly recommend Maria.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
