Lexie is passionate about supporting children as they learn, grow, and discover their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment. With hands-on experience in babysitting, child care, and educational settings, she is dedicated to fostering a classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and excited to learn.
She is currently pursuing a career in Early Childhood Education, with the long-term goal of becoming a preschool teacher and, eventually, an ECE director. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in patience, creativity, and encouragement, with the belief that children thrive when engaged in meaningful activities that spark both curiosity and confidence.
In addition to her academic preparation, Ms. Lexie brings strong interpersonal skills, a growth mindset, and a genuine commitment to children’s social, emotional, and academic development. Whether through play-based exploration, hands-on learning, or structured lessons, she strives to create a positive learning community where students feel empowered to succeed.
Outside the classroom, Ms. Lexie enjoys hiking, attending concerts, spending time with her family, reading, and working on creative projects. She also has a few favorite things that reflect her bright and caring personality—her favorite color is pink, her favorite animal is the panda, and she loves both Italian and Mexican cuisine. These simple joys inspire the energy, creativity, and warmth she brings to her teaching practice.
