Hi! I’m a caring and dependable childcare provider with several years of experience caring for infants, toddlers, and young children. I’ve supported families with newborn routines including bottle feeding, diaper changes, naps, tummy time, and engaging age appropriate play. I’m currently a college student pursuing nursing, which has strengthened my attention to detail, patience, and strong commitment to safety. I’m calm, nurturing, and highly attentive to children’s needs, and I pride myself on creating a warm, structured, and safe environment where children can thrive. I’m especially interested in infant and toddler care, backup care, and short term or part time opportunities.

Que'Marie was engaging, involved and was excellent with our 6 month old.

I am adept at organizing children's daily schedules, including meals, school, and recreational activities. I am proficient in communicating with children at different developmental stages. I also have a son. He is 2.5 year old. He just transitioned from part-time to full-time school, so I'm currently seeking work during his school hours to align with my schedule. I find great joy in nurturing children's curiosity, energy, and happiness. I consistently follow parental guidance, and I believe that crafting and projects are powerful tools for their growth. My strengths include being calm, patient, respectful, friendly, and flexible, and I am always ready to assist. I have 4+ years experience working with kids. Both babysitting, tutoring, and working in a daycare as well. I love kids of all ages and have taken care of newborns through middle school age kids. I am energetic and responsible, I love planning art activities, taking the kids on a walk to a park, going to the beach or a museum (with parent approval) or a night at home playing games and watching movies/reading books! I have experience helping children finish their homework so I have no problem making sure study time happens as well. :) I am also CPR certified.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
