Olivia 1 review
$35 per hour for 1 child

Hi! I’m Olivia, an extroverted and caring person in my early 30s. I’m currently pursuing a second master’s degree in project management. I’m warm, reliable, and genuinely enjoy supporting people and their families in meaningful, everyday ways. --- 🐾 Pet Care I have nearly two years of experience supporting families with both large and small animals. My background includes walking dogs, administering medication, boarding pets, and taking them to parks for playtime. I’m comfortable with most pets, though I prefer not to care for advanced senior animals or those that aren’t potty trained. --- 🧸 Child Care I have over two years of experience caring for children from infancy through their teen years. I especially enjoy engaging toddlers and school‑age kids through outdoor play, board games, creative activities, and baking. I’m fluent in Portuguese and love introducing children to new languages in fun, age‑appropriate ways. --- 👵 Senior Care My experience includes providing personal care and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities, including those with autism and Down syndrome. I also spent time in a live‑in volunteer caregiving environment, supporting daily routines, preparing meals, running errands, and offering companionship. I genuinely enjoy connecting with seniors through conversation, shared stories, and puzzles.

Olivia is fantastic! She is always on time, super flexible with scheduling, trustworthy and very Communicative. My 3 year old adores her. She is warm and has a positive energy. I fully recommend her! 10/10!!!

Booked by 3 families in South San Francisco, CA

Hi! I have a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Washington. I leverage my academic work as a full-time as a Consultant, where I assist healthcare systems with strategy and finances. I also teach at CorePower Yoga part-time, as I am passionate about collaborating with clients on their healthcare journeys. I am looking to be a babysitter, as I enjoy working with families and children. I babysat in my hometown in Seattle, as well as in Chicago, serving as testaments that I can collaborate and serve diverse families in various regions. I would pick the children up from school, help with reading comprehension, homework, and arts and crafts. I used to be a nursing assistant, so I have direct care experience in helping children and proving direct care. I am CPR and AED certified. I have been working with elderly and children for about four years. Additionally, I have experience in engaging in housekeeping and other errand activities, such as ordering groceries, cooking, and cleaning. In my free time, I run and train marathons; recently qualified to run the Chicago Marathon in October 2025. I also enjoy snowboarding and walking around the parks. Reading, journaling, and travel are also important hobbies of mine! I look forward to hearing from you!

Alyssa was very responsive, punctual, and went above and beyond taking excellent care of Playa.

$30 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 3 families in South San Francisco, CA

Hi there! My name is Shanel. I have experience with all ages as I’ve worked in daycares and worked with many different families who have had children of different ages ranging from 0 to 15. I also have a lot of experience with children who have mental or physical disabilities. My responsibilities thus far having been driving, homework help, crafts/indoor activities, outdoor activities, overnight help or babysitting, preparing meals, bottle feeding, bedtime routines, changing diapers or bath time and hosting play dates. I’ve also done live in care for over two years. I’m able to offer senior care, pet care and household care/errands as I’ve taken care of both my grandparents and have had many different pets of my own. I can cook, clean, do laundry, drive, organize etc. I am CPR certified and a non-smoker. I have my California drivers license, I also have my own car.

Shanel was everything we needed in a babysitter. She regularly cared for our younger son from age 4 months to 1 year. She was reliable, efficient, and most importantly, very caring and nurturing to our son. She did everything from bottles and nap time to solid foods and activities for his development. She would sometimes care for our 4 year old son as well, and could manage both very well. She has no problem getting down on the floor to read, play, talk and sing. We would use Shanel again and highly recommend her.

Booked by 1 family in South San Francisco, CA

Hello! I'm Leah, I currently work as an assistant second grade teacher at Marin Country Day School. I graduated SDSU may 2024 with a bachelors degree in elementary education. During my time in college, I worked in a second grade classroom, and would nanny a family with 2 kids on the weekends. Last year, I worked at FSK as an elementary garden teacher, and nannied a two year old and a nine year old weekly. I would describe myself as calm, caring, and positive. I love to hike, run, and be active. Looking for a family to nanny for this Summer!

Leah is wonderful with our toddler. We have now worked with her many times and she is great!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
