Hello! My name is Alondra I am 25 years old. I have been a babysitter and nanny since I was in high school and have experience with newborns-12 year olds, and even twins! My love and patience towards children comes from taking care of my younger siblings being the oldest growing up. I have since then worked as a nanny/ babysitter for multiple amazing families. In addition to the childcare responsibilities, I have also assisted in homework, meal prepping and light housekeeping. Most importantly, I enjoy making long lasting connections and relationships with all the families I work with! It is what I enjoy and cherish the most. Typically with kiddos, I let them lead with their own interests to build rapport and trust but I especially love encouraging creative/imaginary play, hands on learning activities and arts&crafts! I am Fire Safety and First Aid certified. I am fully vaccinated and boosted and live in a fully vaccinated household. A little bit about me: I have a B.A. in psychology from San Francisco State where I also took child development and special education courses! I currently nanny and babysit for two sweet girls who are both almost 2! I like being outdoors, staying active and a book worm! Also love all types of animals! I take a more gentle approach when it comes to the kids I work it. That being said, I am committed to supporting your family and implementing practices that best meet your needs.

“Alondra was so sweet and great with both of my kids (toddler and baby). She was always on time and communicative.”

Hello parent(s) and families! My name is Taylor and I am 26 years old. I am currently taking a break from school and am looking for occasional, part-time or full-time jobs as a sitter. I love children of all ages and am also pet friendly. I can understand Spanish and speak it, but not fluently. I worked at the YMCA as a junior camp counselor over a summer and have been babysitting for about 8-10 years now. Prior, I would watch my younger siblings when my mom had to run errands or go out. Apart from watching over a group as a camp counselor, I have babysat 4 children at most and 2 pets (at one time.) The ages I have been a caregiver for while babysitting was 6mo and older. I love spending time with kids, making them laugh, doing activities with them and having movie time. I am active and would enjoy taking them outdoors when possible. I would also be able to help with homework if needed. My favorite subject is English/Writing. If you have any additional questions, please do not be afraid to ask! I also have a few repeat families that I have been working for for at least a year and a half now and I would be more than happy to have them verify. Thank you! :)

“We enjoyed working with Taylor. Good communication and very sweet with kids. My daughter had a lot of fun. ”

I’ve cared for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, and I love creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where kids can learn, play, and feel supported. I’m happy to help with school pickups and drop-offs, homework, meal and snack prep, bedtime routines, and light housekeeping related to the children. Families describe me as dependable, patient, and easy to communicate with. I’d love the opportunity to support your family and become someone your children enjoy spending time with, I look forward to connecting.

“She was on time, very professional, my kids loved her! She did their bath and bedtime routine and had them in bed in no time. I was very impressed, my kids hate bedtime. Their playroom and table were picked up as well which was a pleasant surprise. We have gone through quite a bit of sitters and she is the best! I highly recommend her.”

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
