Hi, my name is Anabel! I attend the University of Colorado, Boulder and am studying Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology on a pre-medicine track. It is my dream to become a pediatric oncologist or a pediatrician! I am offering child care, senior care, and pet care. I am passionate about working with children and have six years of experience babysitting children of all ages—from newborns and infants to teenagers. I also have experience with watching up to 6 kids at a time and have been a nanny for twins and a 6 month old for two summers. When I’m not babysitting, coaching gymnastics, working as a therapy assistant, or working as a CNA, I am a Youth Advisor on the Youth Council on Mental Health at Children’s Hospital Colorado. This position has given me the opportunity to work alongside members of Congress and Government Affairs to propose legislation that supports youth mental health. This position has allowed me to advocate for youth and underrepresented communities across Colorado. Hello! My name is Jolyne, I'm a student on hiatus at CU Boulder and looking for nanny work here in Boulder or adjacent areas. I have previous experience as a full time nanny for a child from four months to two years of age. I also have informal experience taking care of older children from age three to six, pet sitting for cats dogs and exotics, and as a house cleaner. I prefer a firm but gentle caretaking approach and love focusing on ways to engage a child's development. I have experience planning educational activities, development exercises for skills like sitting and crawling, day trips and casual excursions, meal planning, arts and crafts, and more! I worked with my previous child on multilingual comprehension including basic Spanish and ASL. I am also open to school pick ups, other driving needs, as well as tutoring. I do have some experience with kids with special needs, and have experienced learning difficulties myself that's provided me better perspective. Previous positions have required me to plan and make meals, as well as wash dishes and laundry, do basic tidying, and even deep clean the home. As a childcare professional I have experience in the classroom and as a personal nanny. As a nanny I have helped raised 3 young boys from infants to school age for 6 years. After I cared for 2 young girls who I helped care for at their home and activities outside of the home for 4 years. I then travelled to Colorado where I worked two summers for 2 boys. Those summers were filled with taking the boys on adventures and providing a fun, loving, calm environment at home. While I was traveling, I also provided care for families on vacation in different states. With my years of experiences, I have been able to provide exceptional care for my families. I remain calm under pressure and have many learned skills to support your kids however they need. My hope is to continue to make priceless memories and assist families with their always growing and learning kids.

I grew up in Thornton, Colorado and have been working with/babysitting kids since I was 12 years old (23 now). When I was younger, I trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 3 years and coached little kids ages 3-12 for a year, including classes and summer camps. I have had children around me my whole life and truly enjoy the light they bring. I have a degree in psychology with minors in creative writing and business, all of which honestly come in handy when spending time and communicating with the little ones! I always have fun with them making sure to abide by the parents wants first and always try to make a connection with both the child and the parent as I believe this is incredibly important. Interacting with children has always been one of my strengths and I am excited to meet some new faces and go on new adventures!
