Hello! My name is Aidan, and I’m a dedicated caregiver with over 15 years of experience across childcare, pet care, and home services. My approach is centered on providing warm, reliable, and personalized support that meets your unique needs. Childcare Experience: A bit about my background - I’ve been working in childcare for approximately 9 years and have loved every second! Most of my experience is with infants and toddlers as a nanny and preschool teacher assistant, though I’ve also provided care for a wide range of ages through babysitting on the side. I genuinely find joy in the little things that come with childcare - the details matter - especially with little ones! I strive for clear communication when it comes to daily routines, check-ins, and feedback, and I truly value building relationships that emphasize trust and mutual respect. The relationships I’ve formed with the families I’ve worked with are so important to me, and I’m always happy to provide references and any documentation you might need (like a driving record, background check, or CPR/First Aid certification). Pet Care Experience: Over the years, I’ve cared for many pets as part of my nannying work, as well as more unique animals like monkeys! I’m comfortable with tasks like walking dogs, feeding, and providing general care for pets. I understand how much pets are part of the family, and I treat them with the same love and attention. Home Services Experience: I also bring over 15 years of paid experience in cleaning and home services. I’ve organized homes, helped families move, supported daily and weekly upkeep, ran various errands, and even assisted with interior decorating projects. My goal is to keep your home running smoothly while being self-led, so you can focus on the things that matter most to you. Why I Care: I believe that caregiving is about more than just completing tasks—it’s about building relationships and being a supportive, reliable presence in the lives of those I care for. Whether I’m caring for children, pets, or home items, I approach every job with attention to detail, and a genuine love for meeting the needs of others.

Aidan is extremely professional and reliable. She instinctively knows what needs to be done without asking and she is super friendly and fun! I would highly recommend her and will continue to use her!

Brenda Lafayette
$30 per hour for 1 child

Hi! I'm Brenda, I’m a nurse, a mom and have over 12 years of experience caring for children from newborns to 9 years old. I've worked with families of all sizes, including multiples, twins, and children with disabilities. I'm known for being patient, kind, and trustworthy and I genuinely love engaging with kids through outdoor play, games, arts & crafts, story time, etc. We will have lots of fun! I always aim to leave your home in the same (or better!) condition, and I'm happy to help with light housekeeping like dishes, laundry, and vacuuming. While I do have a cat allergy, I’m comfortable around other animals. I bring both personal and professional experience to the role and would love the opportunity to support your family.

Kate Broomfield
$22 per hour for 1 child

Hi everyone! My name is Kate and I'm a recent Cal Poly graduate with over three years of experience caring for children ages 1–15. Most recently, I spent the past year as a nanny for two children (ages 11 and 14), helping with school pick-ups, homework, transportation to sports and activities, errands, meal prep, and creating fun, engaging experiences throughout the week. I'm dependable, energetic, reliable, and love building strong relationships with the families I work with. I'm also comfortable with light household tasks and have my own car. I have 2 dogs and a cat myself, so I love being around pets! Fun Fact: I was on my college dance team for 4 years! I've danced and been active my whole life, so I like to engage kids in that as well. I also have two younger sisters. I'm looking for part-time work any day of the week, ideally on a consistent week-to-week schedule. And I can also do night time for date nights, a night out, etc. – whatever you need! I can provide references upon request. Looking forward to connecting with you!

I am a true Mary Poppins! Just like Mary, I have been many things in my life, but being a teacher and nanny are my favorites. Originally from Germany (born and raised), I came here with my husband who was stationed in my hometown. As a career member of the AF, we moved all over the globe until he retired, and we settled here in CO. Children have always been my passion (I have two of my own), and it was logical for me to become a teacher. I taught middle school, 7th and 8th grade, while we were stationed in CA in language arts and social studies. I am a writer as well and have finished 3 novels. I love to exercise and power walk with my little pup, Helo, every day. I do pilates for core strength and dance (even when others watch). I have been a nanny for the past 11 years and worked with children of a wide range of ages (2 months 8 years), but I specialize in infants and toddlers. I love taking my charges outdoors for adventures or finding 'treasures' in the dirt. When the weather isn't up for it, I do art projects, building 'castles' inside or put up a fairy tree to invite the fae into the house (they bring good luck). Since I am a writer, not only do I read a lot myself, but I love to read with the children. Depending on the age, it's beneficial for them to discuss the book or story for comprehension or just for fun to get a different take on the stories. Children have a wonderful way of seeing things in a different light. They are always in the moment and can teach us so many wonderful things, things we have forgotten as adults. I am bi-lingual and love to introduce my language and culture to the children. The sooner you teach the little ones a different language, the better and the easier it is for them to learn it. Little kids' brains are like sponges; they soak up knowledge in an amazing rate. I also hold a degree in criminal research from Berlin/Germany; and degrees from UNO in English Literature and Victorian History.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
