My name is Adelaida, and I bring over 20 years of experience working with children in both home-based and school environments. I am passionate about providing safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for children of all ages.
I began my career as a Daycare Teacher from 1998 to 2000, where I supported young children through engaging activities, routine care, and early learning experiences. From 2002 to 2004, I worked as a babysitter, caring for infants and young children by creating a warm and structured environment, assisting with feeding, diapering, naps, playtime, and age-appropriate learning.
From 2004 to 2022, I continued my work as a professional educator in the Philippines and the United States, gaining extensive experience in early childhood and elementary teaching. This includes roles at Royal Era Academy, Upper Bicutan Elementary School, White Sulphur Springs School in Montana, and Inner City School in Denver.
Most recently, I served as an Assistant Teacher at Inner City Christian School from August 13, 2025 to November 7, 2025, supporting classroom routines, helping children learn through play, and collaborating with families and staff. I am currently with Kokua Ed as a Substitute Teacher (Nov. 10 to present), where I work with toddlers, preschool, and elementary students across different classrooms.
Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in child supervision, classroom management, emotional support, creative play, and maintaining consistent routines. I am patient, dependable, and genuinely love caring for children. My goal as a nanny or babysitter is to create a safe, loving, and encouraging environment where children can grow, learn, explore, and feel valued.
I would be honored to support your family and provide high-quality care for your child or children.
