I used to swim competitively and ski raced when growing up love sports and the mountains. I have a huge Italian family but most still live in grand junction but myself and parents moved to Denver. I love to cook, and am pretty organic clean eater, my mom always said eat the rainbow; and tend to go more holistic herbs when in my own life, but will follow instructions to the letter for your children. I have returned to University and can not work full time at the moment, I used to run departments , grand opened hotels and restaurants but have been in food and beverage mostly in the last 10 years. So food safety, training, understanding operation standards, organizing/zoning are all my jam :)
