Hello! I am a mom of two sons and have several years of substitute teaching in the early years of my career. I have worked over two decades in the Advertising/Media field yet was recently laid off. I’m in a career transition at the moment, getting my Holistic Nutrition certification online and seeking part time work. I LOVE children and animals! I’m not a very strict person mostly heart-centered and I go to church in Old Saybrook every Sunday. Looking for part time supplementation of my current income. I have experience working as a lead toddler teacher (ages 1-2 1/2) at Kindercare, I currently work there and have been for a year. I have babysat my whole life, and babysat my godmothers 2 children very often, a child and infant. I am comfortable with all ages of children but have the most experience under the age of 3. I’m also the assistant teacher for a young Hip-Hop class (ages 8-10). I volunteered at the Audubon society and helped care for the animals (I.e owls, hawks, turtles, snakes, fish, etc). I was the primary dog walker for a neighbor for 3 years. I currently live on a farm with goats, chickens, dogs, a cat, fish, and guinea pigs. I also have experience with other animals such as bunnies and frogs. I deeply care for people and animals, I’m very punctual, outgoing, creative, attentive, a good multitasker, I have lots of patience, and I’m a fast learner. I am first aid certified and will gladly learn anything I can! I was homeschooled by a single mother all my life, along side my 3 brothers. I’d love to share anything else if asked!!
