Ashley 2 reviews
$25 per hour for 1 child

My Name is Ashley and I have been working with Children all my life! I have worked in many different areas with children from our family daycare for over 20 years with my mom, nanny for over 5 years, outreach programs, church programs, long term drop in sitter and so much more! Nothing I love more than to see a child smile and feel welcomed and safe!

She was consistently punctual, reliable, and always arrived ready to engage with our children. She is great at coming up with fun and creative activities, and our kids really enjoy their time with her. She was also very attentive to their needs, ensuring they were safe, happy, and well-cared for. We particularly appreciated her willingness to follow our instructions and routines, and she was excellent at keeping us updated on how the kids were doing. We were always at ease knowing our children were in her capable hands. She is a responsible, caring, and trustworthy sitter that we use often!

Maria 1 review
$30 per hour for 1 child

Hello families! My name is Maria, and I am from El Salvador. I am a Spanish speaker and I also speak some English. I have over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages. In my home country, I worked as a nurse assistant, which helped me develop strong caregiving and safety skills. My most recent experience has been mainly with babies and toddlers. I am very passionate about working with children. I consider myself patient, loving, sweet, and friendly, and I truly enjoy helping children grow in a safe, healthy, and loving environment. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I am looking for a respectful family where we can work together as a team and create a positive and nurturing environment for the baby. I am fully vaccinated and available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. I also have excellent references available upon request. I would love to hear more about your family. Thank you for your time!

I can’t recommend **Maria** highly enough as a nanny. She is loving, dependable, and truly wonderful with children. From the moment she steps into a home, Maria brings a calm, nurturing presence that immediately puts both children and parents at ease. Maria is incredibly attentive and patient, always tuning in to each child’s needs and personality. She handles daily routines like meals, naps, playtime, and bedtime with ease, while making everything feel gentle and reassuring rather than rigid. Safety and care are always her top priorities, and it shows in the thoughtful way she approaches every part of her role. What truly sets Maria apart is her genuine love for children. She builds meaningful connections, engages them with warmth and creativity, and creates an environment where they feel safe, happy, and loved. She is reliable, communicative, and respectful of family routines, making her an absolute joy to work with. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Maria as their nanny. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their children and their home.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
