Anaya 1 review
Augusta
$20 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in Dearing, GA

Hi my name is Anaya and I am currently a graduate student at George Washington University seeking my MPH Online. I have experience working with children from the ages of 6 months and up. Some activities that I enjoy doing with children I’ve babysat include but are not limited to coloring books, playing outside/ indoors with their toys or at parks/playgrounds, and playing card or board games, & painting activities. I have experience cooking meals, helping with homework, night-time routines and even tending to the pets in the home. As well as having reliable transportation and open availability. I am happy to share my reviews and ratings from other babysitting platforms such as Sitter Tree & Bambino to ensure credibility on my sitting abilities if needed.

Anaya was kind and communicative, and watched our 18mo old so we could all go have a grown up family dinner. Would def hire again.

Gabriel Grovetown
$14 per hour for 1 child

I sincerely am grateful that you have taken the time to read my profile, and genuinely hope you find me suitable as a sitter or nanny. My name is Gabriel, I am 32 years old and I have years of experience being a caretaker, having been so for my (now deceased) grandmother, and I have years of experience working with children as a special education teacher, private reading tutor, and sitter as well. In regards to that, I hold a teaching license in both Georgia and South Carolina, as well as a Dyslexia endorsement from the state of Georgia, and have extensive experience working with children with autism. I also have a working knowledge of Spanish and Afrikaans languages. I am an alumnus of both Harvard and the University of Georgia, and in addition to this, I am a very skilled cook and baker, so I can absolutely do meal preps, homemade meals, and anything needed in that domain (even for special occasions). I genuinely do love working with children, and believe that safety is paramount and boundaries are essential. I stress full transparency as a caregiver and will do whatever is needed to ensure not only the aforementioned, but that your child has someone who cares for them and could also teach them new things as well. I currently do not have transportation at the moment, so I hope that we could possibly work something out in that regard. I am extremely flexible when it comes to scheduling. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Sydney Grovetown
$25 per hour for 1 child

Hi! My name is Sydney, I’m 23 years old, and I’ve been involved in childcare for as long as I can remember. I come from a big family with five younger siblings—so caring for children has always been a part of my daily life. My youngest sibling is 5, so I’m very familiar with the needs of little ones of all ages. Professionally, I worked as a nanny for two years and have an additional two years of experience in other child-focused roles. Whether it’s helping with schoolwork, planning fun activities, or simply making sure kids feel safe and supported, I love creating a positive, engaging environment for every child in my care. I’m very passionate about outdoor play and believe it’s incredibly important for kids to explore, move, and use their imagination rather than spend hours on screens. I enjoy kayaking, going for walks, reading, and bringing those interests into my time with children whenever I can. I’d love the opportunity to bring my experience, energy, and care to your family!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
