$18 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 3 families in Jonesboro, GA

I’ve been watching friends and families dogs on and off for around 5 years before I officially moved to doing full time pet sitting about a year ago. I am very attentive to details and always take notes, always ask questions to make sure I’m appropriately caring for your animals. And if there’s something I’m unaware of in a certain breed of dog, I am always straight to researching or asking the owner for clarification. I’ve received comments about my communication, which I take seriously and am always about keeping appropriate levels of clear communication when it comes to informing owners about how their pets are doing, asking questions if I have concerns, and reaching out if there’s any delay on my arrival to visits. I mostly have experience in drop in visits where I come and watch your dog for a duration of time to make sure they’re fed, to play with them, and or provide them company for however many times a day the owner would like. I have experience in small dogs all the way up to 60 pound breeds of dogs, as well as puppies all the way up to senior dogs who may need more accommodations for their health, and have experienced putting medications in dogs food or administering oral syringe type. I love animals, having grown up with a dog as well as having 2 small dogs now. From personal experience, I know pets can be apart of the family and are integral to the joys of everyone. My two dogs are my fur babies and I have the desire to provide as much care and love for them and the pets under my care. When it comes to caring for you and your pet, I’m always aiming to provide a pawsitive experience!

10/10 highly recommend!!! Darayell is efficient, affectionate and professional. I have three fur babies who absolutely love Darayell. She sends copious amounts of photos and a video following each pet sit. She also sends very detailed notes following every visit. I saw on one video that my fur babies were giving her all my kisses and I loved it!

Makayla Hampton
$22 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in Jonesboro, GA

Hi, parents! I'm Makayla, a responsible and experienced babysitter currently studying at Kennesaw State University with a minor in Spanish. I'm currently at a B1 (intermediate) level and more than happy to assist Spanish-speaking or bilingual families with basic communication and support. Si usted necesita ayuda en español, por favor, me envíe un mensaje directo. I have a background in daycare and summer camp settings along with nanny and babysitting experience, being Adult and Child CPR, First Aid, and AED certified, with 18 hours of GA state training thanks to my previous experience in an accredited head start center. I love engaging kids in fun, creative, and safe activities, especially with arts and crafts as an artist myself in my free time! Working with children has always been a pleasure for me, and I especially love working with toddler through grade-school ages! I find they are super creative and clever at these ages, and it's always an honor to be able to nourish and support that desire to ask questions and learn. I'm available for mornings through evenings, weekdays and weekends. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like to chat or schedule a meet-and-greet. I'm looking forward to meeting and helping your family!

Hampton
$18 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in Jonesboro, GA

Hi, my name is Bailey! I'm a nurturing and reliable caregiver with a year of formal experience through a childcare agency. I'm looking for a full time position as a caretaker for children. I've worked with children from infants to age 10 creating safe, fun, and structured environments. I studied integrated healthcare science with a minor and leadership at Kennesaw State University and worked healthcare administration as pediatric healthcare recruiter. I've managed a room of 8 nonverbal non-potty trained toddlers and supervised up to 50 students ranging from pre-K to fifth grade solo for an after school care program. This experience has helped strengthen my multitasking skills taught me how to function under pressure and communicate well with the children I am caring for and their parents. I describe my caregiving style as patient, playful, and dependable. Please no pets as I do have a dog and cat allergy!

Bailey was AMAZING! She had great communication with us and my kids absolutely adored her. We will definitely be hiring her again.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
