Hi there! I’m Takiya, a current undergraduate student to become a physician assistant or physical therapist. Currently, I work at Shirley Ryan Ability lab as a rehabilitation technician for inpatient, so I help take care of patients of all ages. Additionally, I’m the oldest of 4 siblings (youngest is 3) and the oldest grandchild on both my mom and dad side. Therefore, I’ve been paid by family members often to babysit and I’ve also been referred to by my family members to help their peers! I enjoy cooking, tutoring, and creating a safe and fun environment for kids of all ages. I can also help with household responsibilities such as cleaning, running errands (I have a working car and have a license) laundry, etc.
