Hi there! I'm Dzifa, a 24-year-old grad student at Tulane University. I am a Chicago Native, and attended Loyola University Chicago.I have experience as a full-time summer nanny for a 3-year-old, part time nanny for two 3-6 month olds and as a math tutor for kids ranging from fourth to tenth grade. I'm eager to learn and grow with your family! Located in Bronzeville , I have my own car and am open to outings like park visits, field trips, and after-school activities. Plus, I adore pets of all sizes, so animals are always welcome in the home!

Dzifa is truly a gem! This was our first time in Chicago and my husband and I needed a sitter for our 5 and 9 year olds while we went to dinner with friends and attended a wedding on two different days. Dzifa arrived early to our hotel with a smile. Initially, my 9 year old son didn’t want to go site-seeing, but Dzifa showed him a great time! The children had a blast! She is very trustworthy with money for incidentals, and she was even honest in returning money when I was double-billed. In a perfect world, we would have brought Dzifa home with us! We definitely plan on using Dzifa again- even if it means flying her out to meet us!

Hello! I have 7+ years experience with newborns-12 years old. I have experience with multiples with up to 4 at a time. I have a car. I've been always the go to babysitter in my neighborhood since I was about 14, so I've been babysitting majority of my life and LOVE doing it. I used to even volunteer at a park district for two summers as counselor because I just loved it that much. Kids/ babies are my PASSION. I take care of the kids I watch as if they where my own. I love to do fun educational games with them, go out to parks, and go for long walks. I'm a very fun, patient, easygoing, energetic, sweet and understanding person. I always go above and beyond and go out of my way to help make your life easier. I'm very reliable and always on time. If you pick me, I promise you won't be disappointed! I can start ASAP! Please feel free to message me back with any additional questions you may have!

Booked by 11 families in Chicago, IL

Hello, I am a young professional who works at the Army Enterprise and Marketing Office in Downtown Chicago. I have 8 years of babysitting experience and previously worked with a couple of families in Washington DC while I completed my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering. I have experience with kids ranging from toddlers to 9 years old. I have taught swim lessons at a waterfront, I mainly taught children ages 5-8. I have previously been a camp counselor for children aged 9-11 and then aged 4-6. I really enjoy working with kids and I'm a child at heart and love playing with them. I grew up in Vermont, and I love being outdoors.

Shannon was great! Our baby was sleeping the whole time, but she was on time and friendly, we had no problems.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
