I enjoyed it so much I was sure I would have a career in child care. My senior year of high school I Nannied for 3 kids, all under the age of 10. A couple of years after I stopped nanny the kids, my nephew was born and I became his secondary care giver . All of my friends have children as well and I’ve gained experience through them as well. I currently work with a family of two boys ages 4 and 7. I have been working for them for 2.5 years. I currently create schedules, laundry, cleaning, and creative activities. I have been in child care in many different capacities for ten years and have experience with children of all ages. Having been a household manager, nanny, and even an au pair I have seen a little bit of everything. Currently I live on the north side of Chicago but I have my own car and am more than comfortable traveling. I have an undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois as well as a background in linguistics. Currently I am a career nanny but I also attend law school in a blended program.
