I enjoy reading, crafts, outdoor activities, and helping with homework or meals. I enjoy cooking and meal prepping. I’ve also had experience with senior care with my own grandparents. I would enjoy helping you with any errands, cooking for seniors, and I truly enjoy making their days easier and brighter. I’m a big animal lover too! I have two cats of my own and grew up with dogs! Hi! Lovely to meet you my name is Karen. I am the oldest of three and the first grandchild in my family. I have an age gap of over 10 years with my siblings, so I was able to support my mom from the newborn stage all the way through the teenage years. (Yes, I changed tons of diapers and I taught both of my siblings how to walk!) I did a lot of babysitting and nannying for my mom's friends and for acquaintances of ours. I still keep in touch with a few of the families I've nannied for! I've also worked at a senior care facility, during COVID, no less.
