Hi, I’m Noor☺️! I’m a caring, patient, and energetic graduate community college student with experience caring for children from infants to school age. I used to work part-time at a daycare for 5+ years and also babysit for several families, giving me hands-on experience with routines, playtime, meals, naps, and creating a safe, positive environment for kids of all ages. I love keeping children engaged through crafts, pretend play, outdoor walks, playground trips, and fun activities that encourage creativity and learning. Families describe me as dependable, attentive, and easy to communicate with. In addition to childcare, I also have experience with dog sitting and dog walking, so I’m very comfortable around pets! My goal is always to make children feel safe, happy, and cared for while giving parents peace of mind. I truly enjoy building strong connections with both kids and families, and I’m excited to help however I can :)

Noor has been absolutely incredible. She showed such comforting level of care for our high energy toddler. She is always incredibly sweet, kind, and emotionally intelligent towards our daughter and even managed to create an immediate comfort with our other child who is severely disabled and limited in his ability to interact. Our family could not recommend Noor enough, she will always be welcomed in our home.

Hi families! My name is Mary, and I am a recent college graduate from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. I’m an experienced caregiver with an extensive background in child, senior, and pet care. I have up to date certifications in CPR, first aid, and early childhood education. I’ve worked as a nanny, assisting with daily routines, homework, and ensuring a safe environment. With seniors, I provide compassionate support in daily activities, medication management, and companionship. My pet care includes feeding, walking, and grooming various animals, regardless of size or age. I look forward to contributing positively to your family’s daily life!

OMG I'm so grateful for her punctuality, reliability, professionalism, and care!! My daughter is four and I was nervous for her to have a sitter for the first time. But Mary is so great with her, and offers other services while here. So thoughtful and actually plays with your kid too. "She's so nice mommy, I want to keep her for my birthday," my daughter said haha. Definitely 5 stars!

Hi, I’m Cia! I come from a big, loving family, so caring for kids has always been a part of my life. I’ve been helping take care of my nieces and nephews since I was about eight years old, and over the years, it’s become something I genuinely enjoy. I’ve also volunteered at churches to watch over children during services and events, which helped me learn how to create a safe, fun, and trusting environment for kids of all ages. I take pride in making sure every child I care for feels seen, valued, and cared for. My goal is to be someone kids can trust, look up to, and feel comfortable around while giving parents peace of mind knowing their little ones are in good hands.

Tycia is timely, communicative, and respectful. She is kind and patient with the kids. My family enjoys working with her.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
