Hello, My name is Saron, I’ve enjoyed babysitting kids all ages since I was 15!i have been a child caregiver for over 6 years i worked with all ages from infants up to teenager.I love planning fun and educational activities for children according to their age.I’m very active and fully engaged with the children.I currently work as an assistant teacher in a daycare and would love to get to know you and your beautiful children.

Saron was perfect! We needed last minute childcare for my ten month old son Thierry and she came promptly with very little notice and stayed all day, keeping him laughing and engaged. She sang and played and was very sweet. My husband and I work from home so while we couldn’t be around I could hear occasionally and I thought she was such a warm person - definitely hope she will watch him again. ❤️

Hi! I’m Chloé, a college engineering student with several years of professional childcare, tutoring, and after-school teaching experience. I specialize in dependable long-term care for infants through school-age children, including academic support, transportation, bedtime routines, and structured after-school care. As a STEM-focused college student, I’m also comfortable assisting with homework, math support, science enrichment, and structured learning activities. From March 2024 to October 2025, I worked as an after-school teacher at Lafayette Elementary, supporting students from pre-K through 5th grade with homework, structured activities, games, and creative projects. I’ve also worked as an after-school tutor at Maryvale Elementary, providing French and math support. In addition to school-based childcare, I have provided private family care in both recurring and occasional roles. My experience includes infant care beginning at 2 months old, weekly morning and afternoon care for multiple families, evening care including dinner, playtime, and bedtime routines, overnight and extended care, multi-child households, school drop-offs, activity transportation, and experience supporting children with ADHD and autism. I’m CPR and First Aid certified and always prioritize safety, structure, and positive engagement. Families describe me as reliable, calm, and great with routines. I’m comfortable supporting light household tasks related to childcare, such as tidying up, laundry, dishes, and meal prep. I also have experience with live-in care and household support when needed. I’m currently available for weekday morning/daytime care until around 2:30–3:00 PM, depending on location. I’m also open to occasional evening, weekend, overnight, and extended care when my schedule allows. I look forward to supporting your family!

Very attentive & keeps in contact throughout the job.

Hello Parents/ Guardians, my name is Italia-Karine (she/her). I am a college student majoring in Early Education Technology and Nursing. Outside of my academic endeavors, I am the eldest child of a migrant family (from Cameroon). My familial life plays a significant role in my ability to care for children and seniors as I've constantly lived and catered towards grandparents, younger siblings, and cousins. On a professional note, I am currently employed as a private educator with an organization. Under this title, I communicate effectively and efficiently between myself, my leader, and the supervisors of the schools I am scheduled to teach in, I create lesson plans for our classroom time, guide school-aged children on the importance of social studies through fun and interactive methods, as well as oversee the safety of the students while they are in my care. I also have a CPR certification and a State-recognized document stating that I am in good standing to care for children ( no abusive record). I speak three languages, English, French, and Spanish. I am exceptionally good at tutoring and helping young children remain engaged in educational tasks ie homework, and studying sight words. I also excel in domestic chores such as cooking healthy meals, cleaning, completing necessary errands, etc. In the past I have volunteered and worked as a health aide. This helps with knowing how to professionally best care for anyone who may be facing a limitation on what they're able to do independently. I have a valid driver's license as well. I am based in the Rockville area of Maryland but I am more than willing to go beyond this to support you and your family. I am also flexible in terms of pricing and time so feel free to inbox based on your situation. I hope my introduction has left a positive impression in your mind! I hope to hear from you soon!

Hello~ My name is MJ, and thank you so much for considering me as a caregiver to your family! I am based in Montgomery County, MD and I have listed my educational background and career for your review - - _________________________________________ Education (High School and College) Thomas Wootton High School 12' Montgomery College 14' (Associate's Degree) University of Baltimore 17' (Bachelor of Science) Career Background Commercial Real Estate (MD/CA) Signed Music Artist in Florida __________________________________________ As a caregiver, I primarily work with parents that need childcare after school, and I have listed different ways I utilize time with children to complete homework and engage in activities that will encourage a healthy balance between work and play! Based on the parents' preferences with how they would like their children to complete tasks/activities, I then cater the preferences with a light schedule such as: 1.) Decompressing after school 30~45 minutes 2.) Work on homework and any school-related projects 3.) Reading/Non-Screen time activities 4.) Upon parents' preferences, allowing screen time 5.) Food servicing/light cleaning based on parents' preferences _____________________________________________ Why I chose UrbanSitter as a caregiver: Personally, I like the strong standard in regards to caretakers having their background checked while also being able to communicate transparently with families prior to starting any job. I personally believe in meeting the family before any caretaking job after, having an introduction via UrbanSitter's platform first for the family comfort, alongside any professional references the families need from me, to properly screen me before moving forward to working I prioritize communication and servicing families based on standards and functionalities defined, by the parents to then support the needs of caretaking as an assistant, and also echoing what the parents would like from me 110% I will be more than happy to provide my resume // referrals upon request, thank you so much for your time and consideration!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
