I am currently taking classes for nursing at the U of MN! I maintain a 4.0 GPA by being organized, punctual, and curious. Those are some of the top characteristics of who I am that I bring with me into every situation. I have a little experience working in a daycare center where I designed learning plans that were filled with learning and fun. I have my CNA license and I am CPR/BLS certified. I can offer your children an environment of understanding, fun, curiosity, and love. I also grew up on a farm. So, I have a lot of experience working with animals and can watch over any animals as well. I am a caregiver at heart and have been in the field for 6 years. I come from a long line of medically inclined family members from CNA to nurse anesthetist. I have many more years of caregiving on a person level due to caring for terminally I'll family. Growing up I was always called a little mother hen because I love kids especially babies & always have since I was a little girl.

I have 13 years of education experience, including 5 years as a lead therapist at an autism clinic, working with ages 18 months to 30 years. I’m a licensed behavioral therapist, currently a kindergarten teacher, and certified in CPR, AED, CPI, and Safety Care. As a mom of 4 children (18, 16, 5, and 2) and a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews, I have a passion for nurturing and caring for children. I’d love to nurture your child(ren) too!

I’m from Colombia and I have lived in the USA for a year while working as an aupair. During my first 6 months in the country I was taking care of 3 girls and a little newborn, and during my last 6 months I was working for 2 girls. I’m an electromechanical tech and while I was in college I used to work as a babysitter in my spare time or as an academic tutor. I am a good driver, a good swimmer, and am trained in infant CPR.

I love taking care of children, and pets. I have many years of experience taking care of both children, and infants. I will treat your children, family, pets, and home, as if they were my own. I am very flexible, friendly, and accommodating, and welcome “real time” feedback. I grew up, on a farm, in Wisconsin, so I’ve always taken care of animals, my entire life, and it is second nature to me. I had chores, from a VERY early age, on the farm, and was responsible for the care, and well being, of all the animals that I took care of. I really enjoy being active, and being outdoors, so I would love to spend time, with your child, and pet, outdoors, if possible. Trips to the park, stroller rides, walking to the ball park, arts and crafts, interactive story time, reading aloud from different kinds of books, are all activities that I love. I’ve also played the piano since I was nine years old, and would love to share my love of all things music, with your child. If you have a piano, in your home, we can even do some impromptu mini-piano lessons, if your child is interested. I have lots of years of experience taking care of families that have multiple children. I am also comfortable preparing meals, and snacks, sometimes even for the parents. 😆. I am comfortable with picking up around the house, making sure things are organized for when mom and dad get home, and throwing some laundry into the wash machine, and dryer. I do love pets too, and dogs are my absolute favorite.
