Hello! I’m glad you found my page! I am an experienced and attentive caregiver with over 15 years of babysitting experience including full-time nannying for six years, ELS teaching assistant for a semester and 4 years as a water safety instructor for children ages 6 months- 15 years old. I have experience caring full time while parents go on vacation, doing school pickup/drop offs or overnights. I majored in Psychology in college and took classes on childhood development. I have a complex understanding of meeting children where they are at and allowing them autonomy in discovering the world (safety always being the first priority). I am a present, engaging and active caregiver with lots of experience taking toddlers out for different activities around the city including the Como Zoo, MIA, Walker Art Center, MOA, the wilderness center, library story times, plays, children’s yoga, swimming, etc! I am a crafty person and I like to engage in different arts and crafts projects as well with the kiddos. A socialization and learning experience in one is my goal! I love cooking, trying out new recipes and having dinner parties truly sparks joy for me! One of my favorite aspects of Minneapolis summer is biking all around town and spending evenings on the beach or taking a kayak out on the lakes. As a lifeguard for 6 years I love the water and swimming whenever I get the chance. I regularly practice yoga. I’m an animal lover and often pet sit or volunteer at the humane society too! I’m happy to watch any furry friends!

For my first time using one of these apps Lauren made me and my son feel at ease. would definitely hire Lauren again. my son really enjoyed hanging out with her and asked me right away when she is coming back! communicated well and on time.

$20 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 11 families in Long Lake, MN

Hi, my name is Zoe! I have worked with kids in various settings over the past 12 years as a babysitter, nanny, tutor, and ski instructor. My previous work has been with a wide range of ages from newborns to teenagers. I have experience working with different dietary restrictions and food allergies. I am trained on how to use an epipen and have previously been CPR certified. Currently, I am a student at Concordia University in St. Paul studying Child Learning and Development. I enjoy crafts, the outdoors, reading, and staying active. One of my favorite parts of working with kids is engaging in imaginative play. I love helping kids explore their surroundings as well encouraging them to use their minds to solve problems and come up with new ideas. I place a high value on play and feel it is fundamental to the growth and development of children. Through play children gain new skills and understand the world better. As a caregiver it is an honor to be apart of children’s play experiences. I believe that it is important to guide children so they can develop critical thinking skills rather than giving them all the answers or simply doing it for them. My hope is to not only help children flourish but to see families thrive. Along with supporting children my goal is to support parents so that at the end of the day families can engage in meaningful play together. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Zoe was fantastic with our kids. She arrived on time and was thoughtful. We were able to enjoy the evening out without worries. Would absolutely recommend and have again! Thank you!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
