For the past eight summers, I have worked at Go Girls summer camp in Oakland, California, as an assistant drama teacher, helping kids to express themselves and learn life skills through the creation of their own play. As such, I've learned a lot about how to teach kindness, resolve disagreements, and bring out creativity. Being a camp counselor for a wide range of ages (5-11) has also helped me develop a good amount of patience and multitasking skills that translate well to babysitting siblings. I enjoy working with elementary-school-aged kids, but I also have experience with younger kids, two and above, including overnight work. I'm good with animals, having two cats and a dog at home, and I'm open to doing household tasks like laundry, dishes, light cleaning, etc. I also have a car and a clean driving record. I have been nannying for the last 4 summers, and babysitting since I was around 12! I absolutely love kids and I have always loved the infant stage as well. I enjoy taking the kids to do fun activities, play outside, do crafts and keep them busy! Some of my favorite things that I have done with my past nanny family is indoor spa days with the girls when we can’t play outside, or fort building contests with the boys!
