I started working with children in high school, and over the last 10 years have moved up from babysitting, nannying to taking over a preschool program at the Minneapolis Park and Recreation board, to after school program for years then becoming the activities assistant for a Montessori while assisting the assistant director. I'd help with the environment of the school building and managing staff and helping with each room between infants - preschool age. But I have experience with all ages up to highschoolers.
