Hello! My name is Brigid and I have been working with Kids for over 5 years! I have my Bachelor’s of Science in Education and two teaching licenses in Prek- 12th grade education! I am a full time preschool teacher but am always looking for some part time/occasional nannying or babysitting. I have over 5 years of experience with children as young as newborns to early high-school! Kids are my life and bring me so much joy. I have two younger siblings, (shown in my profile picture) 8 and 10, one with autism, that I have taken care of since they were born. Due to a difficult parental situation, I had lots of experience early on for caring for them as infants and toddlers, and let that carry me into working professionally with children since I was 15. I have great child care references I can provide and many past nanny/sitter familes I am still on great terms with and even visit for fun when I am back in my hometown! I am interested in all types of jobs, so feel free to reach out about anything! I make it a priority to make any space a child spends with me a safe one, and I encourage families of any and all backgrounds to not be shy to reach out, as I have grown up with a very mixed one myself:) Thank you for your consideration of me.

Hi there. ! My name is Jake. I am a easy going, down to earth, loving, nurturing care giver. I have looked after little ones ages ranging I habe an associate degree in Child Development from newborns to 8 year olds. I love being around little ones. I also love animals as wel, a clean record and I am also a ACC graduate.

Jacob is so kind and is basically the baby whisperer; my little 9m.o. girl who can be very spirited (read:fussy) calms right down when she’s hanging out with Jake. He’s super flexible with his schedule and communicates well. I recommend him and plan to keep him around as part of our extended family:)

Booked by 11 families in New Market, MN

Hi, my name is Zoe! I have worked with kids in various settings over the past 12 years as a babysitter, nanny, tutor, and ski instructor. My previous work has been with a wide range of ages from newborns to teenagers. I have experience working with different dietary restrictions and food allergies. I am trained on how to use an epipen and have previously been CPR certified. Currently, I am a student at Concordia University in St. Paul studying Child Learning and Development. I enjoy crafts, the outdoors, reading, and staying active. One of my favorite parts of working with kids is engaging in imaginative play. I love helping kids explore their surroundings as well encouraging them to use their minds to solve problems and come up with new ideas. I place a high value on play and feel it is fundamental to the growth and development of children. Through play children gain new skills and understand the world better. As a caregiver it is an honor to be apart of children’s play experiences. I believe that it is important to guide children so they can develop critical thinking skills rather than giving them all the answers or simply doing it for them. My hope is to not only help children flourish but to see families thrive. Along with supporting children my goal is to support parents so that at the end of the day families can engage in meaningful play together. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Zoe was fantastic with our kids. She arrived on time and was thoughtful. We were able to enjoy the evening out without worries. Would absolutely recommend and have again! Thank you!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
