Hii everyone!! My name is Cai, I'm 19 years old and I am currently in my junior year of college studying psychology. I have 3 years of babysitting experience and absolutely love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for kids. I'm musically inclined and love writing songs. It makes it easy to bring creativity, fun, and learning into children's everyday lives. My long term goal is to become a pediatric psychiatric nurse, so patience, empathy, and understanding are at the heart of how I care for kids. Whether it's helping with homework, keeping routines on track, or coming up with creative activities, I'm dependable, caring, and here to make things easier for both children and parents. I also worked as a care professional with a senior care company. That experience gave me the opportunity to support the elderly with patience, compassion, and respect, which shaped me into a more responsible and understanding caregiver overall. Together, these roles have given me a strong foundation in providing quality care across different age groups and building trusting relationships with both children and adults.

I Icurrently worked with ESS education for the Mooresville North Carolina area as a substitute teacher and I also am a caregiver for the elderly. I'm used to interacting with people cause I enjoy people and I enjoy children for the most part. I substitute teacher for ages kindergarten to junior high students also care for the EC students that has different handicaps as well so I'm good with showing personal interest and making them feel good about their selves and their activities. I enjoy playing with children building toys, reading, teaching activity for learning as well as playtime outdoors. I worked recently also for a company called Jovie Childcare and adult care agency which I had good reports for a short term opportunity. My smile is contagious which always makes toddlers and children feels comfortable with me. I also enjoy a home with pets as well. I did early learning at daycare in 2005 to 2006 with Tender Hearts childcare. I have a picture of a family they thought I was a great sport with there daughter playing dress up
