$25 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 3 families in Las Vegas, NV

my name is Maribel! I consider myself a loving "grandma" type of nanny. Having raised 4 kids of my own showed me all the in's and out's of childcare. It was a challenge learning to care for 4 kids on my own most of the time but through patience and perseverance I have the most wonderful children I could ask for! Using what I learned from my own children, I now care for the beautiful babies of two families. I've cared for newborns, infants, toddlers, and pre-school aged children. As a native Spanish speaker I have been able to successfully teach the kids spanish! As we go through our day to day activity i teach them to respond to my Spanish and as they get a bit older I teach them the basics and how to form sentences. Of course, I use English with them too. The joy i get from taking care of kids is what keeps me going. As my own nest got empty I found I enjoy being able to love and care for a child. I also have flexible hours, and I am willing to travel far and wide if need be!

$25 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 8 families in Las Vegas, NV

Aloha! My name is Dakota, but you can call me Ipo. I recently graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and am currently looking for part-time work while I pursue career opportunities in my field. I’ve always had a passion for working with children and supporting families. I’ve worked in childcare and education for years, including as an after-school S.T.E.M. teacher at the Boys & Girls Club of Utah and a summer leader with Kamaʻāina Kids in Hawaiʻi. I also served as a staff member and teacher with the Navy Child and Youth Program, caring for children ranging from 1 month to 5 years old in early childhood care and 6 to 12 years old in the school-age program. These experiences gave me firsthand insight into how children grow, learn, and develop. Understanding the importance of community support and knowing that it truly takes a village, I am committed to making life easier for the families I work with. I offer assistance to children with disabilities, drawing from personal experience helping care for my brother with Cerebral Palsy. I also provide senior companionship and support based on years of caregiving experience with my grandparents. Whether you need help with childcare, household tasks, running errands, senior support, or simply an extra set of hands, I am reliable, compassionate, and ready to help. I look forward to connecting with you and your family soon! ❤️

Dakota is punctual, professional, and personable to young children. She is also thorough and helpful.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
