I studied Sociology (BA from UCSB) and understand how meaningful early experiences can be in shaping a child’s confidence and sense of self. When I babysit, I like to actively engage children through imaginative play, creativity, conversation, and activities—with limited technology when possible. I want children to feel heard, understood, cared for, and free to be themselves. I’m also happy to handle bedtime or naps, including winding down with a good book. I can prepare meals, assist with potty training, help with bathing, changing diapers, help with homework, plan and partake in activities with the kids, clean up after them and put them to bed. Hi! I’m Ari! I am a high energy, patient and loving caretaker! I have 10+ years of experience working with infants, children and teens of all ages!
