Yanique $25 per hour for 1 child

I have 10 years of experience supporting families across New York as a nanny, personal assistant and house manager. I truly enjoy being part of a child’s growth and creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where they can thrive. I’m experienced in building consistent routines, preparing healthy meals, organizing creative activities and supporting children with schoolwork and daily development. In addition to childcare, I’m comfortable managing the day-to-day needs of a busy household whether that’s coordinating schedules, running errands or keeping things organized to help life run smoothly. Outside of childcare, I work as a photographer. I’m looking for a consistent position that fits well with my schedule. I currently work with one other family part-time and my availability remains flexible.

Gabrielle $30 per hour for 1 child

Hi! I’m Gabby. I’m 28 - born and raised in NYC. I’ve had a huge passion for childcare since being a teen. Most recently I babysat for 2 gorgeous twins - 1 boy and 1 girl from their ages 5-7, until they moved away in 2024. I built a strong bond with them almost instantly that only got stronger over the 2 years. Since then, I've been doing occasional gigs here and there, but I hope to find more steady work. I’ve had several other jobs related to child care as well as pet care. I’m naturally a very nurturing person, so babysitting especially is something I gravitate towards. It’s also in my blood as I come from a line of teachers! My grandmother was a teacher in her day and my mother is an assistant teacher at an amazing nursery school! Everyday she comes home from work excited to show me new pictures of her babies at school - so sweet. Aside from childcare, I also have a background in art from my father’s side. As much as I love children, I'm currently finishing up a degree in Interior Design at Parsons (all asynchronous classes, so it would not interfere with my schedule). My favorite thing in the world is being able to combine my two passions – childcare and art! I love teaching kids art and introducing them to new medias, even getting technical and teaching perspective such as drawing 3D objects! During my last job with the twins, I introduced them to felting which was very fun. It was so rewarding to see their colorful creations! Overall I’m looking forward to going back to childcare. I know having a connection with a child is not something you can force, so if you think I might be a good match for your child/children, please do not hesitate to contact me! I am also able to look after any animals if needed, I am a huge animal lover and have looked after everything from dogs, to even chickens! Any chores you need done around the house can also get taken care of (permitting there's enough time in the day). Thank you!

Christine $25 per hour for 1 child

Hi! My name is Christine. I’m a 24-year-old childcare professional with a passion for nurturing and supporting children through every stage of development. I’m currently relocating from Denver to New York, and I’m excited to bring my experience and love for caregiving to a new family in the city! I grew up in Atlanta, where I began babysitting at 13 and discovered my lifelong dedication to working with children. I later became a certified nursing assistant and worked in the ICU at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, where I cared for medically fragile infants and children—an experience that strengthened my ability to stay calm, compassionate, and attentive in high-pressure situations. More recently, I spent a year teaching in the infant and 2-year-old rooms at Primrose Schools. I also nannied full-time for two children in a nanny share, from the time they were 3 months old until they turned 14 months. I love engaging little ones with age-appropriate activities that support emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, and I bring warmth, responsibility, and a proactive attitude to every caregiving role. I'm looking forward to finding a family where I can build a strong, trusting relationship and become a helpful and loving part of your daily life!

Nicole $25 per hour for 1 child

Hi! My name is Nicole, but I go by Friday. I’m 25 years old and currently offer childcare, pet care, and household support services. In addition to childcare I spent the last 3 years as a community organizer and legal advocate. I have experience with tutoring, as well as supporting high school students with portfolio development. I’ve also led taekwondo classes for children ages 5–16, which has given me strong experience working with kids of different ages, energy levels, and learning styles. I’m a cat owner myself and have experience walking and caring for both dogs and cats, so I’m very comfortable with pet care as well. I'd love to connect and see if we're a good fit!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
