I have a passion for social justice, safety, and the wellbeing of vulnerable individuals in our communities. In my free time I love to bake, read, and spend time with my cat, Bunny! I would describe myself as communicative, patient, and organized. I love to make sure everyone is on the same page at all times and highly value a collaborative approach when working with families and care teams. I have experience working in both private childcare (toddlers through middle school age) and as a mentor/behavior coach at state agencies (elementary through high school ages). I also have experience working with neurodivergent kiddos, including profound (nonverbal) autism and intellectual disabilities. I understand each child has their own strengths and difficulties, and I do my absolute best to meet them where they're at and in a manner that will be supportive to them and their goals.
