I’ve kept a great relationship with the families which I believe it’s important. While working alongside the families I’ve always kept open and honest communications to keep everything afloat and make sure the families are comfortable while their children are under my care. I have also made myself available to other families when there was a need of a backup sitter/nanny, I’ve been flexible when there was a need for me to arrive earlier or stay much later. I try to be as flexible as possible because I am aware things may occur and families may need a little extra help. I truly love what I do which is why I look forward to it every day.
