I work as a Behavior Technician in ABA therapy, providing one-on-one support to a child primarily in a home setting, with occasional sessions at an ABA center. Through my work, I’ve gained experience supporting children with challenging behaviors, following individualized routines and goals, encouraging independence, and developing communication skills. I also have experience using an AAC device with a non-speaking child. I also have babysitting experience with children ranging from toddlers to school age.
