I've been a childcare provider in New York for 12 years, starting as a daycare employee and later as a long-term babysitter. From 2020 to 2023, I worked as a nanny for a family with a 16-month-old daughter. In 2023, I joined a nanny share and cared for two children aged 6 and 13 months.
