I have a profile also on care.com which has more reviews and have been using for years and new to this site if it helps sending it :) I first started caring for kids in a day-care at a gym 10 years ago then started on care.com and worked with many, many wonderful families since then and have found my passion working with children. I worked with kids from 2.5 to 12 years old to kids with autism/sensory issues, shy kids, chatty kids, kids with anxiety, so I'm super experienced and can relate to kids and understand how every chid has their own special personalities and needs. I drive my own car and my duties would always include picking kids up from school, taking them home, making sure they are comfortable unload backpacks if needed, give snacks/lunch if needed and let them have a little break, any after school activities in the same neighborhood, summer camps drop off/pick up, going to park, have done remote learning, sick days, making sure they do choirs or encourage doing things together and always teaching kids positive things, sometimes parents would just love us staying home and going on walks around a couple blocks, all depends on the kids and parents needs :) Always willing to work with what the family needs and usually make ourselves a schedule to go by and if they like alone time/ personality needs and traits and I love becoming a person they can always talk with and become someone they can talk too and go for any advice and comfort. Always communicating if any issues occur and look for that in parents as well. Communication, respect, caring families is always whats most important to me. I’m seeking a part time babysitting job for the weekdays In the past 7+ years, I've taken care of children between the ages of 3yrs - 13yrs as an after school babysitter and infants occasionally for date night. I’ve also tutored elementary aged children in an afterschool program do I’d be happy to help with any homework.
