Pasika 3 reviews
$28 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 3 families in Ozone Park, NY

Hi My name is Pasika. You can call me Bee. I have been taking care of children for 15 years, college educated with B. S. Degree in Major Nutrition. I have experience caring all ages of children, changing diapers, bottle feeding, making meals and giving baths. I'm motivated and proactive in childcare, household arrangement; arrange activities, play dates, healthy food preparation, etc. I maintain current Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification from American Red Cross. I am non-smoker/drinker. I am reliable, responsible, creative, educated, fun, hard working, care and have infant experience. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon. PS. I'm fully vaccinated and boosted!

We love Bee! We found Bee through UrbanSitter, we originally hired her to watch/care for our son several times for date nights. Soon afterwards, we hired her as our part-time nanny! Although Bee is a bit quiet initially, she lights up with children. Our son (now 10-months old) took to her immediately. Bee is always very patient and fun with him, and I often find them laughing, “chatting,” and playing together. Bee is very sweet with our older dog as well, she is always on time, and great with sticking to the baby’s daily schedule (feedings, nap time, going for walks, etc.). We provided detailed instructions for caring for our son (I.e. he has eczema and needs cream applied regularly and diapers changed very frequently) and she has been meticulous in following any instructions. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially to parents with infants, babies, and small children.

Sydney $25 per hour for 1 child

Hi I’m Sydney! I’m a senior at Purdue University studying Industrial Engineering. I’m originally from California but am spending the summer in New York for an internship. I’ve babysat on and off for several years, including during past summers in San Francisco, and I genuinely love working with kids. I’m most experienced with children’s ages 4-5 and up, but I’m also comfortable helping with younger kids as well. I’m responsible, patient, and happy to help with homework, activities, bedtime routines, light household tasks, and pets too! I really want to create a safe and fun environment for kids while making things easier for parents however I can.

Katherine $25 per hour for 1 child

Hi families! I’m an outgoing, friendly, and positive caregiver who loves working with kids and helping them feel safe, engaged, and happy. I’m bilingual (Spanish–English) and have 2+ years of experience leading children’s programs, including fitness coaching, summer camps, and family activities. I’m CPR/First Aid certified, responsible, and creative — I enjoy planning fun games, reading, and keeping kids active while making sure they’re safe and cared for. Parents describe me as sweet, reliable, and charismatic, and I pride myself on building strong connections with both children and families. I’d love the chance to support your family with dependable, caring babysitting.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
