For daytime positions, my son would usually come with me, so I always like to be upfront about that. I’m very comfortable caring for more than one child at a time and balancing different ages and routines. For evening or nighttime babysitting, my baby would not need to come with me, since he sleeps through the night. Hello, Parents! My name is Mekayla, I’m 20 years old and I am a senior at Pace University. I've lived here my entire life and chose to stay for college because of the opportunities, including working with your amazing children! I have 5 years years of professional experience. I began volunteering at a daycare center in middle school and soon after began working there during the summer gaining more hands on experience. In 10th grade, I also started my own babysitting business and that’s when I realized my true love and skill for babysitting and creating bonds with lil ones throughout that experience.
