Hi! My name is Riley, and I am a dedicated, responsible, and enthusiastic caregiver who loves creating positive experiences for children and families. I graduated from Monmouth University in 2025 with a degree in education and hold certifications in Elementary Education (K–6), Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD), and Preschool through Grade 3 (P–3). As an elementary educator, I have extensive experience working with children of diverse ages and abilities, helping them learn, grow, and feel supported in a safe, nurturing environment. My background in education has strengthened my patience, communication skills, creativity, and ability to keep children engaged through fun, age-appropriate activities.
Families describe me as dependable, caring, energetic, and organized. I enjoy building meaningful connections with children while maintaining routines and ensuring their safety and well-being. Whether it's helping with homework, planning creative activities, playing games, reading stories, or simply being a positive role model, I strive to make every child feel comfortable, valued, and excited to spend time together.
In addition to my experience with children, I am comfortable assisting with light household tasks, meal preparation, and helping keep spaces tidy. I understand how important it is for parents to have someone they can trust, and I take pride in being reliable, attentive, and professional.
