Chloe 2 reviews
$35 per hour for 1 child

Hi there! My name is Chloe, and I would love to help you and your family. I have a passion for working with children and helping parents be the most present and happy as they can be in the times that matter most. A child's imagination is the most precious, sacred thing in my eyes, and I take fostering that imagination as my own personal mission. I've been working with kids ever since I could remember, as the daughter of a dance teacher and therefore unofficial assistant instructor. In high school, I worked as a party princess, solidifying my passion for working with children with the added benefit of knowing every word to every princess song ever. With a solid arsenal of artistic skills in nearly all mediums, I love to plan arts activities with kids abilities and interests in mind that leave them feeling empowered and competent. I also love taking children out on excursions led by what sparks their curiosity. My M.O. is to instill a love for learning, inner confidence, and resilient spirit that stays with children for life. For me, that starts with making sure they feel seen, supported, and respected. Outside of childcare, I am also a multidisciplinary artist, working with photography, performance, comedy, writing, music, sculpture, and anything I can get my hands on, really. I just graduated from DePaul in Chicago, earning a 3.96 GPA while PT nannying and managing freelance photography gigs. I'm currently available for families within the city as well as in Bergen County, Fairfield County, Rockland County Westchester County, and Hudson County.

I enthusiastically recommend Chloe as a nanny or babysitter! She was our part time nanny from August 2025 through June 2026, caring for our three children (ages 3 to 10) after school and our new baby when she arrived in December. Chloe was everything we could have hoped for in a nanny - she is extremely reliable, punctual, and responsible but also incredibly playful and imaginative. Our children span a wide range of ages and she handled each of their individual needs and personalities with ease. She could talk Zelda strategy with our older kids and help them with their homework while playing dress up and singing Frozen songs with our toddler! She managed daily after school drop-offs and pick-ups for us, drove our car confidently in city traffic, helped with snacks and meal prep, and kept our lives running smoothly throughout the year. She was very supportive of our family rules regarding screen time limits and was rarely if ever on her phone while supervising our children. She was also comfortable with our dog and helped to care for her as well! When our new baby arrived, Chloe didn't have much previous experience with infants, but she was eager to learn. By the end of her time with us she was comfortably handling all aspects of baby care, including diaper changes, naptime, feeding, schedules, and more. She was also very interested in supporting our baby's development as she grew out of the newborn stage! Beyond managing our daily routines, Chloe encouraged our children to be creative and regularly took the initiative to set them up with art projects tailored to their individual interests. We still have some of them on display around our home! She is also very musical, highly energetic, and just plain fun to be around. We were so sad when Chloe moved away — she definitely made a big impression on our children, and we all miss her terribly. Any family would be lucky to have her!

Hello! My name is Viktoria, and I am a graduate student in Clinical Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University. I have over 5 years of experience caring for children and supporting their development, and I’m passionate about combining creativity, movement, and learning in fun, age-appropriate ways. I have worked with children of all ages, from infants to elementary schoolers. My experience includes babysitting for families and caring for my nieces, serving as a dance assistant for ballet (2[removed]), and currently working as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at Hollingworth Preschool with children ages 3–5. I love engaging kids through movement, dance, reading, outdoor play, and creative arts. I can also support with homework, basic tutoring, and light meal prep. I am fluent in English and Greek and bring a warm, caring, and structured approach. I enjoy spending time with animals and have experience walking, feeding, and playing with dogs and cats. In my family, we’ve cared for 6 dogs and 3 cats, so I’m very comfortable with animals of all personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I am also happy to provide walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of love and attention, whether with small pets or large breeds that shed.

Anyah $19 per hour for 1 child

I am a scholar enrolled in Borough of Manhattan Community College. I lost my Home Health Aide job due to an unforeseen car accident that left me walking with a cane. Disability has cut me off but I feel that when one door closes another opens for better. I have worked as an after school counselor, a volunteer at many child events, have five well taken care of healthy animals in the home, and have been taking care of kids for longer than I can imagine. Need someone you can trust? Tired of looking? I like longevity as well, so please don’t hesitate to interview me. For school- grade kids I have created lesson plans, homework, I love helping with homework, and I am the distraction they need so you can get your tasks done.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
