Then I had my neice and 2 nephews living in my family home. My neice is now 7 years old, a 5 year old nephew and a 3 year old nephew. I would watch them usually about 2-3 times a week or every once in a while, I’d watch them overnight before I moved to Columbus area. I’m very caring and patient with them. I’ve loved watching them. I also loved to listen to the stories that my grandmother’s neighbor told. At the time, I did not realize his repetitive stories were the first sign of his dementia. It was sad, but he had great stories. I also had a wonderful time spending time with my great grandmother. I always tell people you weren’t old until you hit 90 because of her.
