My favorite experience was being a camp counselor at Camp Tamarack, I loved how learning outside made kids more engaged with the material and each other. I love to connect the children I work with to the nature near them, especially since I was born and raised in Bend. Besides that, I’ve worked mostly in nursery settings, and mentoring middle school aged kids. I also really value reading, at any age.
