Kids are always hopeful, positive and strive to do what they want to do. The sky is the limit for them and I love that about kids. My experience: ~Being a nanny for multiple families, including kids with special needs. I have worked for multiple nanny and babysitting companies ~I have worked as a Behavior Technician as well as a Special Needs Paraeducator for various school districts. Both one-on-one and in group settings with kids with a variety of behavioral issues and developmental disabilities, mostly on the autism spectrum. ~Academically I have experience being a tutor and am very familiar with K-12 curriculum in the area, mostly at the elementary level. ~When I was a Teacher Counselor at a residential treatment facility I helped with leading, mentoring, modeling, facilitating groups and upbuilding youth socioemotionally.  ~I have 3 kids so I'm very familiar with how difficult it is to raise kids these days. It is definitely the hardest job being a parent but its the most rewarding also!
