I love being a mom to 2 girls ages 11 and 18. I am up to date on all vaccines, and first aid/CPR certified, and have had lots of experience driving with car seats,kids. My kids are now back in school so I have lots of time to give to other families who may need help. I’ve nannied in the past for all ages(newborn through middle school). I try to find what sparks curiosity and joy in kids and then help them grow their interests in that subject. I like to engage with them via nature, music, art, cooking, and cultural activities. I am calm, reserved and curious but I become a very bubbly, humorous and goofy person when you get to know me. I am nurturing and very sensitive to my environment, always cautious. I’ve worked at a day care and also as an au pair and would casually take babysitting gigs. I’ve worked with a varying group of ages but I’ve worked mostly with toddlers to preteens. I don’t mind working with pets as well as seniors.

I love being a nanny since it is so much fun to build relationships with kids and watch them grow and develop their interests, character and personality. I have worked for multiple nanny and babysitting companies ~I have worked as a Behavior Technician as well as a Special Needs Paraeducator for various school districts. Both one-on-one and in group settings with kids with a variety of behavioral issues and developmental disabilities, mostly on the autism spectrum. ~Academically I have experience being a tutor and am very familiar with K-12 curriculum in the area, mostly at the elementary level. ~When I was a Teacher Counselor at a residential treatment facility I helped with leading, mentoring, modeling, facilitating groups and upbuilding youth socioemotionally.  ~I have 3 kids so I'm very familiar with how difficult it is to raise kids these days. It is definitely the hardest job being a parent but its the most rewarding also!
