Hi! My name is Brianna and I work primarily as a caregiver helping seniors live more fulfilled lives. I have 10 years of experience working as a nanny as well. I'm CPR certified and trained in crisis prevention intervention (CPI), along with de-escalation techniques. I have cared for newborns, infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers (including one set of twins), school-aged children, and teens. I like to keep kids engaged by providing fun, age-appropriate activities, maximizing time spent outdoors, and limiting screen time. I'm comfortable watching multiple children at a time (up to 4) and I'm happy to provide pet care if needed. I've helped families care for their dogs, cats, and exotic birds (40 love birds, one african gray and one sun conure) which was a lot of fun. I would love to help with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, organizing, errands, providing transportation to appointments, and outdoor help such as gardening. I've worked as a personal care assistant, nanny, mother's helper, caregiver, and pet sitter. One of my favorite jobs was working in a residential group home where I provided care for 12 adults with IDD, and I've worked as a live-in caregiver where I provided 24 hour round-the-clock care for a client with dementia and COPD. I'm comfortable providing companionship, personal care, or helping your loved one with any mobility limitations. I'm experienced in dementia care, mobility care, and assisting clients with physical therapy tasks. I've also provided temporary assistance for individuals recovering from surgery. I'm comfortable providing care for individuals in times of crisis and you can always count on me to provide quality care for your loved one. About me: I'm currently in the process of obtaining a RBT certification and furthering my education. In my free time, I like to cook, sing, dance, and spend time with friends. I'm passionate about cooking healthy meals, baking, and trying new recipes. I have one tabby cat who lives with me, and I recently helped a friend provide care for their 5 kittens and nursing cat.
